Return & Refund Policy for Gaming Consoles

At NEON ARCADE, we strive to provide the best gaming experience for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes returns and refunds may be necessary. Please review our policy below:

Returns

  • Returns due to change of mind is NOT accepted.
  • Returns can only be processed IF console is DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned console.
  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


Exceptions

  • Consoles that have been USED, MODIFIED, or TAMPERED with will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • CLEARANCE or FINAL SALES ITEMS are NOT ELIGIBLE for return.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our support team at support@neonarcade.com.au with your order details and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions, including a return authorization number.
  • Ship the item back using a trackable method to ensure safe delivery.
