  •  Availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollar) and are subject to change.
  •  Payments must be made via our secure payment gateway. Accepted payments are listed at the checkout window.
  •  We are not responsible for transaction fees or currency conversion charges applied by your payment provider.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship AUSTRALIA-WIDE. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout.
  • We are NOT responsible for DELAYS caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must comply with our Return & Refund Policy. 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 DAYS of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued upon inspection and approval.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • Our consoles are covered by a 90-DAY policy for manufacturing defects.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
  • In no event shall NEON ARCADE be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
