1. Shipping Locations
We proudly ship Australia-wide! Whether you're in a major city or a regional area, Australia Post will deliver your Neon Arcade order(s) straight to your door. At this time, we do NOT offer international shipping.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Same day shipping if orders placed before 11 am.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Estimated delivery: Same state: 3-5 business days. Interstate: 4-7 business days.)
  • Express Shipping (Estimated delivery: Same state: 1-2+ business days. Interstate: 2-3+ business days.)

Delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Orders over $200 AUD may qualify for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.
  • Express shipping and remote area surcharges may apply.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey. You can check the delivery status via Australia Post.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@neonarcade.com.au for assistance.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please report it within 3-business day of delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
